Description

Poul Henningsen was a world famous Danish architect, designer and writer. He is best known for his designs in lighting, particularly his world famous PH lamp, Artichoke Lamp and the Paris Lamp. Poul Henningsen?s name was and still is synonymous with Danish lighting design.

This Contemporary Chandelier is a highly detailed, hand crafted reproduction of the original Artichoke lamp. True to the original, The Artichoke is made from 72 ?leaves? which resembles an Artichoke. The design centers on a 360 degree glare-free light. The light source itself cannot be directly seen as the light is directed and reflected on the leaves of the ‘artichoke’ making it illuminate the entire lamp.

  1. Peter

Looks very imposing artichoke lamp and the quality is quite acceptable for the price. Only downside is it is a bit tricky to install. Electric installation manual was missing had to hire professional electrician to install in my lounge. All in all though, I would recommend this product.
